SAM.gov published and website open for technology submissions
1st Tranche deadline for exhibitor application (this deadline is to fill 80% of the range)
2nd Tranche (final) deadline for exhibitor application (this deadline is to facilitate technology discovery at SHOT Show and will fill the remainder of the range)
U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) invites technology demonstration candidates in five broad categories: 1. Weapons, 2. Visual Augmentation Systems, 3. Demolitions/Breaching, 4. Ammunition, and 5. Other Relevant Disruptive Technologies from private industry, government Research and Development (R&D) organizations/labs, academia, and individuals to submit an “exhibitor application” with their innovative lethal technology.
If accepted, the technology(ies) will demonstrate to an invite-only audience of attendees. The attendees are Special Operations Forces (SOF) end users, SOF component combat developers, government technical engineers, contracting officers, the USSOCOM program office, SOF Partners from 30+ countries, all federal law enforcement special units, inter-agency special units, federal Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) agencies, and combat developers from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
The attendees will use ISOF Range 2027 to conduct “hands-on” market research of technology to address lethality gaps and inform future requirements. To inform those requirements, attendees will participate in the BLAST survey tool that provides written direct input to government combat developers and exhibiting industry partners.
